In a school there are many other people to consider as your team rather than just the people you work with closely on a daily basis. Knowing and executing your role as an individual to the best of your ability allows you to be a valued member of any team. It is also essential to know the roles of those around you. This allows you to fully understand and support each other. By working as a team you can gain valuable knowledge from those who are more experienced than you, but it also allows you to suggest newer and fresher ways to approach learning.
Those involved in learning need to feel involved in the process. They need to feel like they are being supported in their learning and want to feel like the organization cares about what they are doing. Feedback also provides them with motivation to proceed. Feedback also allows the organization to learning what is occurring in the learning process from all those around the learner. In doing this, you can be sure that the learner in progressing as quickly as possible and really understanding what it is they are being taught.

One thing is to definitely communicate with one another and get to know each other a little better than what they already do. Another thing is to come up with an activity for all of them to do in a certain amount of teams to see how good they can do things in partners then after they are done with their tasks have them alternate. Of course it would have to be an activity that has to do with what the group will do in the future but the other advantage in this situation would have to be that the group will come together and get comfortable with one another.
