When a new mobile phone enters the market it would be difficult for them to match up to the big names like o2. This is because people are not familiar with their company as it is not well known and people would want to purchase well known brands as opposed to something that is not known. Also large mobile phone companies offer many deals and low prices to attract more customers to their companies. They might offer a free phone, or other gadgets e.g. a tablet when they choose to go with their company.
However, that market is high competitive and almost commodity-like. Company A would need to consider reducing its labor force or even moving its operation to low cost-region in order to be competitive in the iPod/iPhone headphone market. Another new customer group is the people who use noise-cancellation headphones. There are limited players in this market. Also, the quality of noise cancellation headphones vary a lot and the customers are willing to pay higher price for good product.

iPhone vs. Android Smartphones have become a huge part of society in recent years. In 2011 the smartphone market became a two party affair with the iPhone and Android operating systems taking center stage. Most people have strong opinions about both of these types of phones, and more times than not this leads to arguments between peers. Although the two are both capable smartphones, the choice between the two comes down to price, personalization choices, and applications. To begin with, when choosing either Android or iPhone, an important aspect to look at is price.
Macs are Better than PCs In the last five years, the company of Apple has grown from 60.5 to 323.3 billion dollars, more than a 430 percent increase. During that same time period, Microsoft’s increase was only nine percent (Gary Ng). Most PC users are only biased, to their opinions against Macs, because they have no knowledge of them. It is important, before taking any side of an argument, to do research on the products being discussed. After research has been performed, it is clear that Macs are the better choice computers to own.
However, this was not a shared opinion by all, the fear was that the market might not be stable enough to survive a price increase when illegal downloading was rampant among file swapping sites. A price increase would encourage this type of activity to continue to flourish and no one would be making money. HP then slashed the price by $50. Still, no sales. Next, a $100 discount arrived at retail stores, yet still, the TouchPad couldn't touch the iPad.
Although this is not the most acclaimed procedure of motivation, that’s the Belichick way. This is where the two share similar traits again. Jobs views this method of weeding out the weak and incompetent, making way for only the well-built. It is not meant to be viewed as a negative trait, but as a means of getting things done the best way.
