My hopes for my paper are to persuade the readers that texting while driving s a dangerous activity. To persuade them that the consequences of texting while driving outweigh the benefits of reading a text message behind the wheel. A text message is not worth dying or causing harm to others

This helps to stop accidents because it removes distractions from a p-plate driver so they can focus solely on driving. Another danger P-plate drivers face while on the roads is their driving speed. If a driver is going too fast, they are not able to stop fast enough or pay enough attention while driving, which can cause accidents. The current p-plate laws are effective in reducing accidents through a drivers speed by introducing laws which limit p-plate drivers to the speed of 90km/h, as well as not allowing p-plate drivers to drive turbo or supercharged engines or have modifications in their engines. These p-plate laws are affective in reducing accidents on the road, because they reduce p-plate drivers to a low speed as well as slow cars.
The way the car is smashed to together just shows how hard the two cars collided together. Not only that but looking at the arm on the floor makes you imagine what happened to that person. The intended audience that this picture aims for are anyone who drives but mostly teenagers. The mindset of a teenager they think they have the ability to text and drive. They think just because they are being “smart” about texting and driving that it’s ok to do it.
Stop Texting & Driving Purpose: To persuade my audience to stop using their cell phones while driving a vehicle because it is irresponsible and extremely dangerous. Specific Purpose: Using a cell phone while driving is not only dangerous to you, but others on the road and is one of the top reasons today for car accidents. Attention Grabber: How many people here have texted while driving? I am like most people where I have texted while driving, but after I got into an accident a couple years back because I was distracted by texting, I rethought the level of importance of texting while driving. (show picture of my car) this is the result of what happened to me when I was texting on my way home from work a couple weeks ago.
As you are diving down the road on your way to work or school, you feel your cell phone buzzing away in your pocket. You pull out the phone to see who is calling or sending you a text message. Unbeknownst to you, the driver in front of you slams on their brakes as the stoplight turns red. In the blink of an eye, you have slammed into the rear of the car in front of you, causing serious damage. You could have easily injured or killed someone else or yourself.
They then decided that something needed to be done in order to halt this problem. They developed a program to help its operators stray focused on their driving, and to help control any distractions that might come up, even if they
Distracted driving is one of the biggest causes of most accidents in Florida. Because text messaging requires viral, manual, and cognitive attention from the driver, it is the most alarming distraction. Distracted driving is any activity that could divert a person’s attention away from the primary task of driving. Even though in Florida, talking on your cell phone while driving is legal, is can result in a traffic ticket if you break a road rule or cause an accident. Florida has a secondary law to ban texting on drivers.
Cell Phones and Driving: Teenagers on the road, as it is, pose an extremely huge risk. However teenagers on the road with cellular devices, now that is suicide, unsafe, contingent, and problematic. Another name for this issue is called “Distracted Driving”. Distracted driving (according to distraction.gov) is any activity that could divert a person's attention away from the primary task of driving. All distractions endanger driver, passenger, and bystander safety, the main points of distracted driving were going to look at are those that involves: •Texting • Using a cell phone or Smartphone Nevertheless, it does not matter what you call the situation.
For example, it distracts a person while driving a car on a busy road, instead of focusing their attention to what is happening on the road, this person is busy texting, and this person causes a huge accident which ends up in the death of the three people just because he was using his cellphone while driving, in addition when people are on their cellphones while crossing the street and the light turns green on the side adjacent to the side of the street that they are crossing, because that person is so distracted by their electronic device they do not even notice that the light has changed, and they may end up getting hit and killed by a speeding car turning from that adjacent lane. Most importantly, it distracts the people from the reality of the world that they are living in today, in some cases I think it either clouds their mind or disillusions their thought process and/or the way they perceive society and that everything that they see in today’s world are as they seem. The second reason as to how electronic devices are harming society is by creating a problem where there otherwise was none before. One good example of this is by people using there electronic devices to go on Facebook and other social network sites and putting up illegal pictures of money that that particular person just robbed from a local bank. Which lead the
