Vitamins and mineral supplements can be costly, but taking them often makes us feel like we are doing the right thing for our health. Unfortunately, s number of research indicate that supplements are not always beneficial.Supplementing wirh certain vitamins and minerals may cause harm. However, for some people, vitamins may offer important health benefits. In my opinion, having balanced meals, doing regular exercise and get enough rest may make us healthier compared to taking health supplements. So, I disagree that taking health supplements may lead us to better health. First and foremost, we should follow the balanced diet. A balanced diet is one that provides energy and nutrients for the maintenance of the body and therefore good health. It is consists of fat, protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, water and fibre. We should eat more vegetables and fruits which contains fibre and vitamins that will make us healthier. Furthermore, we should not skip meals as every meal is very important for our health. For example, breakfast is the most important meal for the day as it provides us energy and nutrients for yhe day. Sexondly, we should exercise regularly to maintain a good health. We might exercise at least twice a week but not once a month. We can do many types exercise with our family or friends. For instance, we can play badminton , go jogging, swimming and others. When we exercise, we will sweat and the toxics in our body will also be flustered out. If we jog regularly, our muscle will be strengthened and this helps us in blood circulation. People who exercise regularly can lose their weight through the burning of fats when do exercise. Moreover, we can release stress by doing exercise such as yoga and swimming which needs us to relax our body. Last but not least, we should get enough rest too. We have to get into te habit of sleep early
