Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the’ Early Night Act of 2011’. SEC. 2 ADVANTAGES. Curfews help young adults get use to following a normal routine schedule by being home before a certain time each night. One of the advantages of curfew being set earlier is to help make sure that teens aren't out all night getting into trouble with other kids. Plus teens don’t need to be out that late at night on a school night. The crime rate will also go down because having a curfew will lower the amount of kids hanging around the streets. It will also help them get on a good sleep routine so they get enough sleep at night since they have to be home by a certain time. They will also be less sleep deprived at school, therefore they will be able to function better and learn more throughout the day. SEC. 3 DEFINITION. For purposes of this Act, the term ‘curfew’ means a regulation requiring certain or all people to leave the streets or be at home at a prescribed
