By completing sales strategic plan TOYOTS can identify its areas of strength, weakness, and opportunity, and problems they might otherwise overlook and plan how to achieve the set goals. Strategic sales plan is a comprehensive analysis of the details surrounding the manufacturing and expansion of Fabulous Foods Sales. The plan would increase the probability of success by eliminating the threats. ( Fabulous Foods have followed a proper plan from setting up objectives to forecasting sales. In the objectives they have aimed at increasing the profit share to 2-3% share in the market. This is difficult task to achieve since they are concentrating on sugar free jam products and consumers wanting this product are very low. So it is a difficult to achieve this target by next fiscal year. The market of these jams and preserve foods has gradually increased with the entrance of new companies but they are unable to cross the big business in the market like Hartley’s.
