Clients/ Population/ Market Share: Herbatea is located distantly from the center of the town of Silang so most people do not know of their location. But a lot of students, high school and college, are their usual customers. Their market share would probably be 20% of all beverage stores in Silang. b. Product Strategies: Since they just started this year, they do not have specialized cups yet. They just stick their “logo” in the cups with their facebook page with it. Their best sellers belong on their Bubble Milk Tea line which consists of fifteen (15) flavors in three (3) different sizes. This line's prices range from Php 40 to Php 70. As one of the first milk tea hub in the country, and yet one of the cheapest as well, their milk tea flavors are mostly fruits such as wintermelon, lemon, green apple and a lot more. However, most of their flavours can also be seen at every milk tea hub. Their second line is the Fruit Smoothies consisting of six (6) fruit flavors which costs 35 to 50 from small to large. These smoothies are kids' favorite since they do not have the taste of tea which most of kids', and even adults hate. Another best seller is their Choco and Coffee, which, for me, is a dupe of Starbucks' Coffee. They have 6 flavors, which costs 40 to 60 as well.
