Therefore, their target customers are people in the middle-income class mainly and upper income one. Because of that ranges, they will provide treatment sections with an affordable price for target customers to be able afford their good service. * Critical Success Factors of Becamex International Hospital Critical success factors play a vital role as a leverage that an organization must execute well in order to ensure that it will be successful in the present as well as in the future, especially in healthcare industry. For BIH, it has many critical success factors to be unique compared to other hospitals in the healthcare industry in Vietnam. The first one is that BIH has a high-qualified doctor and nurse team having a sustainable knowledge foundation and experiences. In addition, best doctors are employed not only from Vietnam but also from foreign countries such as Singapore, Japan and US. With the high quality of doctors and nurses, they will offer accuracy in diagnosis for patients. This will create the trust of patients who are always willing to pay a high price for best doctors to treat their health issues. More than that, they provide a huge scale with building on an area of 12.76ha (5 phases) and having the capacity of total 1,200 impatient beds.
