SWOT Analysis for Tune Hotels Strengths: 1) Low Prices (there’s promo offering). 2) Central and convenient location. 3) Limited services (just pay what you need). 4) Quite famous because we have some hotels at some countries: Indonesia, Malay, Thailand, Philippines, and United Kingdom. 5) We have friendly and solid employees. 6) We have professional management team. 7) Get some achievements: The Winner of “Travelers Choice 2012” from Tripadvisor and get “the Certificate of Excellences 2012” from Tripadvisor. 8) Have customer members by BIG Loyalty Program. 9) Have a link with Air Asia Airlines (most of the Air Asia passengers will choose Tune Hotels when they booked their flight). 10) Can be booked online (easy booked). 11) Almost complete Facilities (Five-star bed, Power Shower, Clean Environment and “Green” concept, 24-Hours Security). 12) Have many attractive customers (many followers at twitter) because we will give hotel vouchers for our loyal customer through organized quiz (sudden quiz). 13) Have new buildings, furnitures, and some new branches. Weaknesses: 1) Very minimalist room. 2) Limited furniture at room. 3) No parking lot at some branches, no restaurant, and swimming pool. 4) Uncomfortable smoking area. 5) The customers can’t bring many items because it’s limited space in the room. 6) The room in front of open veranda is enough busy, so many complaints from customers.
