Sweet Delights Brownies have been one of the most enjoyed desserts in my family. They appeared on the table during Christmas, Diwali (Indian festival of lights), Valentine’s Days, or on any ordinary Saturday evening. The small square of chocolaty goodness is a perfect dessert for parties and family gatherings. Brownies are yummy and easy to make. This quick and fun recipe will definitely take the spot light at any event. To make these delicious brownies you must first go to any local grocery store and buy all of the ingredients and cooking utensils that you do not have. For the brownie batter you need 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder, ¼ cup butter, ¼ teaspoon salt, 1 cup white sugar, ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/3 cup flour, 2 large white eggs, and 1 cup of toasted pecans. The toasted pecans are optional, as you may need to consider if anyone is allergic to them. The required utensils include 1 large mixing bowl, one large measuring cup (make sure it is non-plastic as you will be placing it in the microwave), 1 8x8 inch baking pan, 1 spatula, 1 mixing spoon /whisk, measuring spoons (¼ teaspoon- 1 tablespoon), 1 piece of paper towel, and a toothpick. Before you begin to mix the ingredients together, preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and make sure your cooking area is clean. The next step is to make the brownie batter. Take the measuring cup and fill it with ¼ cup of butter. Then take the measuring cup and place it in the microwave and melt the better for thirty to forty-five seconds. Time depends on the microwave, so keep an eye on the butter. Once the butter has completely melted, mix in 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder with a mixing spoon/ whisk. Once the butter and cocoa powder have become one visible product, add 1 cup of sugar, 2 eggs, ¼ teaspoon salt, 1/3 cup flour, and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix the
