Changes in an organisation can cause stress and anxiety to everybody. In many cases employees can become distant, withdrawn and stressed. When a person is anxious and stressed they cannot take in new information or learn new methods, they feel low in energy and even self esteem. It is important that employees show a desire and willingness to learn and to apply what they have learned in the workplace. These employees will gather information, prepare themselves, they do not wait to be taught but rather seek information by asking questions and seeking out the answers. Employees should be eager to share what they know, their skills, experience and know how with others. These actions will help all employees to adapt to the workplace changes. People who are eager and positive to change, will find solutions to problems and any difficulties that arise. Such persons do not quit or stand aside to wait for others to find solutions or to sort things out. They would rather do it themselves by finding solutions and answers or help and support others who are trying to solve a situation. Changes are stressful, challenging and demanding. It is important to remain positive with a positive, happy, can achieve anything attitude. Such an attitude will help themselves and others to cope better in any situation.
