Being a Superpower Economic Country The progress of a country cannot be separated from its economic growth. In terms of economic sectors, developed countries are countries that have a good and healthy economic condition. If it is viewed of the entire sector, China is still classified as a developing country. However, China's economy can be compared to other developed countries around the world. World even consider China's economic growth to be the highest with an average growth of 10 percent per year. Based on those facts, Malaysia, that has many potentials to become a great country, should learn from what has been done by China during the past few decades. With the similarities in the demographic and geographic conditions, China is a very good example for Malaysia in being a superpower economic country. I believe that Malaysia will be able to replicate China’s success by creating the skilled and reliable human resources, improving in public facilities and bureaucracy, and intensifying SMEs and entrepreneurships. First, in order to advance our country, we should have the reliable human resources. China has done many efforts to develop its human resources. For example, since 1990, China has sent thousands of students and workers to study in some of the best universities in the US, such as Harvard, Stanford or MIT. Besides, they have given more attention to the leadership and entrepreneurial lessons in formal education. So that, they can create reliable workers who not only know how to do their job but also know how to build their own company. Malaysia could do the same as China did. Malaysian government should give more chance to Malaysian students to study abroad. Accordingly, they can take more knowledge from abroad and implement it in Malaysia development. In addition, we also need to improve our education as China did. Maybe, we should begin from reorganizing our
