Weather and Attitudes Change “Live and work but do not forget to play to have fun n life and really enjoy it.” In this quote by Eileen Caddy it states the simple key to a successful life, to have a good time. The happiest people in life are not the ones that have everything, but the ones that make the most of what they have. As the world turns and the seasons change, people change as well. It is a very peculiar thing how weather can affect society, but never the less it happens. From both ends of the weather spectrum, winter and summer, there’s vast amount of differences and similarities that become more prominent with extensive evaluation. Winter is a dark and cold season. During the winter months there is a depressing vibe that is given off by surrounding adults. Extra enthusiasm is never shown by them and people are less likely to get out of the house because it is so cold. Even though America’s youth is enjoying the cold weather, the lives of local adults seem less exciting it’s as if they are just counting down the days until the beloved summer season has arrived. Summer is the exact opposite of winter. It is bright, shiny and warm, much like the attitude of the community. When it is summer time, everyone is bright and cheery, even the fun-sucking adults. Spirits are high and everyone, including adults, is enjoying their lives. Summer is the time most adults look forward to. In conclusion, winter and summer have a variety of things different and in common. Adults despise winter and love summer, while the youth in the community appreciate life at all times.
