Abortion A single child has the potential to be the greatest leader of their life time, but how could that happen if it was aborted? Abortion is a controversial issue. Same say its wrong, because it is murder, others argue that it’s not murder, because the “fetus” is not yet a living human being, but only a mass of cells. Many people believe that a fetus is not human life, since it has no unique human characteristics and no soul. Therefore it is not human life, only potential human life(Liberated Christians). The term “with child” occurs 26 times in the Bible. The term “with fetus” never occurs once(James L. Melton). Dr. Jerome Le Jeunc, the “Father of Modern Genetics”, states that, “to accept the fact that after fertilization has taken place, a new human has come into being is no longer a matter of taste or opinion…it is plain experimental evidence”(Is abortion really murder? ,author unknown). “In the last 30 years approximately 21,5000,000 women have died violent deaths in the united States. They have had their arms ripped off, they have had their heads cut off. These women were defenseless, they could not speak out to defend themselves. They remained silent at they were brutally murdered. These women were not fully grown. They were waiting to be born. These women died from abortion. Most abortionists are men who say that they are in favor of women‘s rights and they say they shun violence against women. Obviously, they are not in favor of the rights of women in the womb.
