Students Studing Alone or with a Group of Students?

Some students prefer to study alone. But others prefer to study with a group of students. Both of them can be beneficial to students, each in their own way. I get easily distracted when studying, that is the main reason why I rather prefer to study with a group than by myself. First, I think that studying with a group can motivate you, as there are students that have less trouble understanding concepts than others, and they can help each other. This is an excellent opportunity for both, as the one that explains the subject to the other, gets to practice at the same time his companion learns from him. Second, by studying in a group you have the chance to share different notes taking. In this way you can make sure that you did not forget important information. For example if one day someone was distracted, or absence, they probably have some missing information and by studying in group this can be a solution to this problem. Furthermore, I think this studying system is really effective as if someone has any doubts, he can ask to the group and get an inmediate response. For example if he was studying alone, he will waste time looking for the information, or maybe even get stuck and this might lead to distraction. Also, it is a great way to discuss and have different opinions and points of view of a specific thing. Finally I think that you have to be really self determinate and responsible to study alone. That is why in my opinion, it is better to study in a group and get together once a week so you can be well prepare for the tests or exams.
