Where I come from people who are in poverty are on welfare and they seem to work the system just so they do not have to work, but now after watching the video it has definitely opened up my eyes to what is really going on. Most people can’t help their situation especially where I am from because there are not many jobs available. Now I do understand that they have the choice to finish school or maybe no depending on their family situation. But if they are not able at the time they should at least go get their GED. Sometimes even having that may not get you a good enough job to provide for your family.
So most of the training will be hands on and will really get the employees thinking. There will actually be a chance in the training class for the new employee to call one of InterCleans customers. If for any reason there is an employee who needs alternate avenues to further their development, there will be mini training sessions that would be offered for anyone who may want to attend to further their learning. The training sessions would only be offered at certain times and it would be more in depth on certain areas that the employee may need more help on. For instance if the employee is having problems with the sales aspect of the company, there will be a mini training session for techniques for improving sales.
Many employers now evaluate the applicant’s credit report, although it does the employer no good knowing what companies you have or have not paid it tells them a whole lot about how responsible the person is; which is one of the most essential skills needed to be successful in today’s workforce. In my opinion, the most ideal employee will have the skills of being punctual, honest, responsible, kind, being able to work well with others, and being willing to further their education. They will also have the knowledge of knowing when to use their resources and where to find the information needed, and to not be fearful of the consequences when they make a mistake and being honest enough to verbalize it. The skill of being punctual speaks for itself when working any job it is important that you are clocked in and ready to work when you shift starts. Not only because you have a job of which, is organized based on your scheduled hours, but also for the respect of your co- workers.

Currently, many teachers are required to pull money out of their own pocket just to acquire the materials needed for their class to finish the curriculum. I have four requirements that need to be met including, 3.0 GPA or higher, 18 or higher on the ACT, 95% attendance, and a high school diploma. I support free community college because it gives opportunities, it can lower the unemployment rate, and save money. Free community college can give opportunities to lower class people who can’t afford college. If these people want to go to college, but they can’t, now they would be able to. They would be able to receive an education to help them get a job and make money.
College Monthly Budget Project While inputting info on my college monthly budget worksheet I realized a few things. One thing is that community college is much cheaper, you must limit your spending, and last but most importantly do not overspend. Community college is so much cheaper. If you have a certain amount you want to spend but still want to get a great education than community college is a great place for you. Although you may not have the full college life experience it is a great way to get you your degree and get you on track to your career.
If colleges provide on-site daycare facilities for their students it will allow them to concentrate fully on their work, reduce the number of students missing class or absenteeism, and retention rates will increase or the dropout rate will reduce. To survive, many things are taught to people including don’t start a sentence with “a lot” self learned behaviors or just plain common sense. For example, if you know you have to have money for food, rent, and other basic needs, then you will go out and get a job and make money. Michelle, be careful with your sentences. The second and third ones are not complete If you know that your basic needs and wants are more then you are making then you will go to school get the education you need and get a job that will pay you more money.
