Philips Corporation was earlier incorporated under name of Philips and company by Fredrik and his son Gerard in 1891. Now they have about 128 100 employees in more than 60 countries of the world. Achieving sales volume of thirty four billion dollars in 2008, Philips is the leader in the market of the medical diagnostic equipment and monitoring systems of the patients, power saving up systems of illumination, and also various life solutions for personal well-being. Each division has the big share in the market and recognition of a brand on internal and at the international level.
