Hi, did you know there are nearly one-third of us population eat fast food every day. This is a quote from Michelle Obama, the problem is when that fun stuff becomes the habit and I think that is what happened to our culture, fast food has become the everyday meal. Fast food is everywhere, it at almost every corner city and you can find one; the nutrition value is horrible. But we still dumb money in this industry to poison our body. Almost all of us do it; we get out of work late and we hungry. So what do we do? We go to fat food restaurant such as Mc. Donald, KFC, Burger king there are so many out there. So today I will to persuade my audience to stop eating fast food; first I discuss why you shouldn’t eat fast food, second I will show the solution to this problem and third I will show you eating healthy food can prevent obesity. The first thing I want to talk about the prices and nutrition value of fast food. According to the fastfoodmarketing.org it says America spent more than 150 billion dollar a year. That is more than we spent on movie, magazine, book, new paper, and video game and including music combine. Fast food is very expensive and it contains a lot of calories, fat and sodium. According to acaloriecounter.com, a large French fry from Mc. Donald has 570 calories and that just a French fries, 30 gram of fats and 300 milligrams of sodium. However, that not even the highest out there; dairy queen large fry has 730 calories, 33 gram of fat and 1500 milligram of sodium. That is ridicules. According to livestrong.com healthy men between the ages of 18 to 30 should consume about 2400 to 3000 calories a day and the healthy women from the age of 18 to 30 should consume about 1800 to 2400 calories per day.
