Stir-Fry Chicken Fillets with Apple Many people do not like to cook, and some people do not even know how to cook. They will eat at the restaurants when they were hungry. Because of the MSG people use in the cooking at Chinese restaurant, I do not like to eat at restaurants. I will cook for myself when I am hungry. Cooking is not hard for me because I know the process steps for cooking some of the Chinese foods. I always can learn more about cooking every time I cook. Most of the time when I cook, I will cook the Stir-Fry Chicken With Apple because its’ cooking steps are the easier one to me. Today was a sunny day. After my classes were over, my stomach was starved. I decided to cook the Stir-Fry Chicken Fillets with Apples for my lunch. I drove to China Town and parked in the parking lot of Hop-Thanh super marker. I walked inside the market and toward the sections of vegetables and fruits, and I started to pick the vegetables that I need. The carrots look fresh but a little expensive. I picked a carrot and putted into the plastic bag then grabbed a green pepper into a separate bag. I turned around and toward the apples. I began to think of what kind of apple should I pick for the ingredient. The Fuji apples were the sweet kind and inexpensive. I grabbed a jumbo size, sweet, and juicy one from the Fuji’s. Then I walked down to the meat section to search for the chicken thigh meat. After I got all the stuffs that I need, my hands were full. I paid less than five dollars for all at the check stand. Then I leave the market and drove home immediately. After I got home, I raised half cup of uncooked rice in cold-water couple of times. Then I putted the rice into the rice cooker with a level of water and plugged the power to begin cooking the rice. While the rice cooker was cooking the rice, I would get ready to cook.
