A lot of them come here not to stay, but just to work so that can provide a better live for their family in Mexico. Most of the people in the film said that “It was hard for them to leave their family behind but they had to do it. It was the only way they could provide for their family”. By them come to the United States and work and send money home back to their family is also helping to stimulate the economy. Mexicans who came to the U.S. send home nearly “25 billion dollars in 2008”.
They were very much racists and felt strongly about blacks marrying whites. But what they fail to realize is that love comes in all colors no matter what race. You can turn on your television right now and see all different types of interracial couples. Such as Kanye West and Kim Kardisan, Former Defense Secretary William Cohen has a black wife, as well as the Supreme Court justice Clarence Thomas has a white wife. “Even if people wanted interracially, I think they’d keep is kind of quiet” explained a minister on campus at Ole Miss.

Similarly, the segregation laws are unjust laws used to oppress the black. He used the example of how everything Hitler did in Germany was legal yet what Hungarian freedom fighters did was not.
However, in some cases, there can be instances when the immigrant leaving the country and family is a bad thing for the family being left behind. For the most part, immigrants who come to the US work hard and get the education and money they came for. As a result, immigrants can send remittances back to their home country to support and help their family. They can also travel back to their home country and even share the knowledge they learned in The United States to create their own business, start their own company, or work for companies already in the country with greater knowledge and experience in that particular field. The same case where an immigrant leaves their country for good intentions can have bad effect on their family back home.
American Dream United States of America is known as the land of opportunity for many immigrants who dream of a better life. Since the beginning of American history, the US has focused more about equal opportunity than any other country. There are many people who strongly believe that once they come to the United States it is almost guaranteed to find success. Also, they believe that we live in a very different world than them, living the American dream. However, it’s beginning to seem like this country is no longer the land of opportunity for those who are immigrants and the low class people.This is because of the difficulty to get a job, false assumptions, and heavily enforced social classes.
Mexico has a poor standard of living and lack of jobs due to that Mexicans (most living in villages)migrate to USA (often temporary).Sometime only the men migrated and returned when they get enough money but now the stay they permanently or bring their families along. Migrants – illegal and legal Between 1 and 2 million Mexicans try to get into USA illegally but are stopped by USA’s border security controls. Some Mexicans keep trying to get in until they are successful. The Legal migrants are issued a “Green card” by Immigration. Jobs taking by migrant workers Mexican workers are essential to the nation’s economy.
In the United States, we are privileged enough to boast our freedom in being the land of the free. People travel to the US from several countries, but a particular country, which receives the most controversy, is Mexico. A vast majority of these immigrants come to the United States illegally, but come for work to provide for their family. The focus of this vulnerable population is on the men that are apart of the illegal immigration that come to the United States. This isn’t a topic that many would think as a potential vulnerable population, yet they are faced with many barriers on a daily basis.
The IRS is doing everything in its power to send these immigrants back to the countries that they belong to because these immigrants are taking jobs away from Americans and are adding to the population. Mexico is the country that most of these illegal immigrants come from because they are without money or work and they cannot take being poor and the way that the government rules their lives. Many Mexicans come to America in hopes to be able to work for a decent salary and be able to support their families. The American dream in their eyes is to just have this opportunity. Most of these immigrants are taking full advantage of this opportunity by doing the jobs that most Americans don’t want to do.
