Executive Summary In this assignment me made a marketing plan for Speedo. We studied a case study leading the Swimwear Market, written by Syeda Maseeha Qumer, under the direction of Debapratim Purkayastha, ICMA Center of Management Research. We have been appointed as a Marketing Consultant for the Speedo Company, and in this role we are required to prepare a three-year marketing plan for Speedo in the U.K market, so we have to watch Speedo’s development to decide which is the right procedure we have to choose to follow. After the study of the case study we realize that Speedo specializes in professional swimwear for professional swimmers, and specifically with swimmers rather than the world of fitness in general. Our aim is to enhance Speedo’s gains and to expand more, in the fitness and dance world, and not only in swimwear. The product we want to introduce is something groundbreaking. An increasingly popular and highly fashionable sport over the last 2 years is Zumba! We created the SpeedoParty. SpeedoParty is a product that we want to get use by all ranges of ages and sizes who do Fitness and Dance classes The product we will introduce is a t-shirt and trousers, which are both reversible so that customers will be able to wear it on different side each time, giving them more variety and possible dress combinations so they will not get bored of it easily. 1.
