Our society’s obesity problem has some personal responsibility. There are other ways people can obtain healthier foods; cooking your own meals is an excellent alternative. Some think that fast food is inexpensive in which catches the public’s eye. In fact, cooking meals at home is a lot cheaper; consumers can grow their own food. Another factor of obesity can also be linked to parental responsibility.

In order to be healthier, we can get rid things like Rockstar, and buy less soda. We can also get rid of some our microwavable foods and junk foods. Even with all the junk food and microwavable foods that we have, our refrigerator is full of vegetables and food that is organic. Since my mom doesn’t work, and my dad does, we don’t really have to worry about not expecting dinner to be ready at night since she’s not really all that busy. We get a hot meal every night that my mom cooks for us, and it’s not just microwave this and that, it’s something that is prepared over the stove.
Who wants to sit and stuff their face until they get sick? Americans. But, they should not feel bad because of course the government should get rid of those places, right? I occasionally do eat at those types of restaurants, and yes, I indulge in fast food from time to time, but I am not obese. I know that eating balanced is the best way stay in shape but every once in a while you can indulge.

With this, most people tend to drop their differences at least for a little while to eat some good food.
