Anatomize Social Violence Violence and aggression have existed since the beginning of humanity; they still are a common problem in society today, not only in Canada, but also around the world. Nowadays, there are three types of violence need a lot of attention. If they are not fully resolved, this violence will have severe damage in our civilization. All types of violence are related with each other. Whenever a certain person is treated violently, their mentality changes to be twisted little by little. The victim in an act of violence will transform to the perpetrator in the next relationship. Three of the problematic violence is: school bullying, family abuse and cyber abuse. The definition of a bully is someone who uses physical or verbal aggression on something of a regular basis against other young people. Usually, bullies are found to be stronger, bigger, and more aggressive than their peers and victims, and comprise between 7 to 15 percent of the school populations. Bully occurs in both genders; however, boys are bullies more often than girls are and usually bully other boys. Regardless of the gender of the victim, boys tend to use physical force or threats. Likewise, girls typically bully other girls, but do so verbally and indirectly more often than physical. Teenage girls are often the targets of rumors and sexual comments. Teenage girls who bully often spread gossip or encourage others to reject or exclude another girl. Many people may ask, why is bullying so serious and common in teenagers now? Media is one of the main factors. All movies, papers, reality shows are related to violence nowadays, people seems to be more interested in negative news instead of positive.
