Nowadays, it is almost impossible to find a person who does not use smartphone. When we go into a subway car, we can see that most of the passengers are sitting, buried in their phones. Agree, the smartphone has become so familiar to us that many people do not realize how they became addicted. People nowadays can’t live without their smartphones, they are addicted to news, online texting and videogames, so they are wasting their time, communicating less with people and besides, it's a big waste of money on the internet and service. First of all, the biggest problem is that online video games and texting are a big waste of people's time. People are always complaining that they do not have enough time for their work, school, chores, but continue to waste their time on useless chatting with friends online, or setting a new record in their favorite online game. Social networks do not need to be checked 5-10 times per hour, however, smartphone owners always forget it. 19-year-old girl puts iPhone nearby when she sleeps. 23-year-old young man runs into passers-by, because he is always looking at the screen. 18-year-old girl crashes into a dumpster while checking for updates on the social network. According to PRLog (2012), the Mobile Youth Report for 2012 also found that 15-19 year olds spend three hours a day on social media while 20-29 year olds spend two full hours interacting socially. Smartphones are too addictive because people are too attached to them, especially young teens, they forget what’s happening around them and they seem to ignore their friends and they are not engaged in real life situations. Real life situations are more important than what’s going on in the smart phone itself. People need to allocate time in their schedule to "take a break from their screen" at work and at home.
