As many have the mindset that in order to possess these two traits you have to be uncaring and feeling toward the rest of humanity. Sir James Dyson dares to be different along with being a determined and creative innovator that has a heart for others, and the motivation to achieve new heights while motivating others to do the same. Sir James Dyson always was consumed by a creative fire that was burning within him (Nelson & Quick 2013). James first developed a version of the wheelbarrow called the Ballborrow.
But most will tell you they are fuelled by a passion for their product or service, by the opportunity to solve a problem and make life easier, better, cheaper. Self-belief is a big one for Mark because he took many risks, he was 100% sure that his product would hit big time and since he took that risk it did.
