These time management skills have already helped me and I know that they will continue to benefit me. I have become very organized since I enrolled in the JROTC program. I have learned how to keep records and files neat and in order. I have also learned how to keep a good schedule and how to run a task smoothly and easily. Organization skills are very important because the tasks of life run a lot easier when you know where to find something as opposed to stressing out over finding something in a mess.
I believe this program will lead me to a fulfilling career, which will be rewarding in terms of the help I will provide to others. I feel that I would be able to make a valuable impact and perhaps even more importantly, as I have worked so hard to get to this point, I would remain committed to studying because it means so much to
It has given me the confidence to achieve those goals I made years ago as a freshman. FFA has given me opportunities to get out of my quiet comfort zone and into a leadership role as a mentor to younger FFA members. I have learned that in order to become a successful FFA member, I had to meet new people. I have enjoyed every opportunity that FFA has given me to participate in up to this point in my FFA experience. I have learned many life lessons that I will carry on in
I try hard to come into school because year 11 is a really important year for me. In general I am a confident person. I feel it is really important to be confident as it can help you as you grow up. I try and come across as a helpful and well mannered student. I like finishing tasks after I start them because it helps me become more motivated.
Keeping each week’s tasks and goals in mind probably improves my chances in being successful in life. Self-Assurance I rely on my drives to decide how to react appropriately to a situation, or an individual, or a crowd. Driven by my talents, I personally feel content too steady improvements I make as an individual throughout life. I have confidence in my talents and knowledge. Infrequently I trust myself enough to test my own endurance and swiftness.
All of my magnet classes, from the beginning, taught me all the necessary things in order for me to be ready for my “job.” The teachers, especially, helped us be ready this internship had in store for us. Because I was so ready for this internship, it had a positive influence on my life. Since day one, everyone impacted me in a different way where it made me feel accepted in some sort of way. This internship really opened my eyes to things that others don’t see; those who don’t share the same passion as me. I was able to go beyond the wall of commodity and experience true friendships.
Most of today’s society equates success with money and power. However, for me, that is not the case. Being a millionaire does not matter to me, what does matter to me is waking up each day excited for a new opportunity in a career which inspires me while surrounded by people I love. True success is attaining a balance between a fulfilling professional career, physical and emotional well-being, strong relationships with family and friends, and time carved out for community service in an area of my interest. Endicott College appears to be a perfect place for me to prepare to find that successful balance I am seeking.
To me, it is one of the most rewarding and satisfying things because I am able to make a difference in my community. It has taught me the value needed in order to be success, including teaching me how to be patient and thankful. They taught me to set a goal and accomplish it, take on responsibility and the most importantly appreciate things that I have right now. It disenchant me that I am lucky enough to have what I have right now since there are many people out there who cannot enjoy the facility I got. Previously, to be honest, I always want more and more, better facilities and life, however after doing community services my eye was opened and my heart began to change and flutter.
Motivation Plan Dexter Mint Mgt/311 2/10/2014 Dr. Escue Motivational Plan The three individuals in the motivational plan are all good employees that could use different levels of motivation. The individuals have similar characteristics and will continue to grow as employees. The motivational plan will be sure to give the employees an extra boost in future task performed at work. Once the plans have been put to use everyone will only improve as works and leaders. Selena’s plan The Self-efficacy theory would be a good step to improve the way that Selena performs at work.
When analyzing the future of the employees he wanted to keep the most, Gunter found out that they were performing particularly well in their new jobs. He realized that the Green Mountain resort was famous for providing excellent training to its employees. It started to attract highly motivated employee willing to work-hard. Finally Gunter as a solution “expended his own role to be a mentor”. 1.2 The hospitality literature Hospitality literature could be identified as the navigator.
