Papers for the undocumented In the last four hundred or so years the Americas has been populated by people coming from all over the world looking for freedom and happiness which many have found. However in these days the same types of people, people who are looking for a better life, are denied the ability to achieve and enjoy that same happiness. It is true that most immigrants are fairly welcomed to the Americas but there is one type who has been and continues to suffer, which is referred to as “illegal immigrants”. Illegal immigrants are undocumented immigrants; meaning that they cannot participate in any sort of governmental issue. Because they do not have a voice to defend themselves, they have been accused of bringing the country in a down spiral.
