The title in this article is helpful because it explains that kids in class just go through the motion but this article explains how she tries to get more students involved rather them just not raise there hand and not participate. B. The topic and issues of this article are that kids in school are not participating in class as much as they should and then they aren’t learning the material they are supposed to.
After bringing Ben back to the house the children started to stay away from the house. Jane was quiet and to herself but went to her friends house after school. Paul did come home but he was often in tears, whined alot and stared for long hours at nothing. He was too thin because of his malnutritioned appatite. Some parents ignore to teach their children when they were young. It cause many children don’t care their behavior and they will get the wrong worldview. I like this book because that is a good advice for children and parents, it can help parents teach their children keep a good behavior when they were young. Plagiarism is becoming a big problem in the school system. Many students do not understand what needs to be cited and what does not. The school system should teach students the proper way to cite, and they should teach them that copy and pasting is not writing a paper. Not too many years ago, it was not uncommon to see children turning in hand written assignments, but in today’s society it seems having computer access both at school and at home is a necessity. During this time, your children learn from several teachers with different views of how to educate. They will make friends, who have unique hobbies and personalities apart from their own. Your son(s) and daughter(s) ,will inevitably be no longer influenced by only what happens inside the house. Your kids are exposed to the environment in which they interact in, and its up to them whether that will mean a benefit for themselves or not. Pursuing this further is my second thought on why I say no.
Technology cuts you off personal interactions and new experiences. How are we meant to face reality if we are not trying new things? Normally, children would come home from school ,grab a snack, and complete homework that must be completed but now the first thing they do is go on the laptop, computer or any other gadgets they own as it seems like technology is before everything. Not only is it used at home but used in school. Student sitting at the back of the class, texting non stop when their full attention should be on their learning.
