The Pro-life advocates who are against late-term abortion argued that life begins at conception. At six weeks the fetus heart begins to beat and all the major organs have developed. In that case, any action deliberately taking to abort the fetus is ethically wrong and is considered as murder. An unwanted child is a pitiful thing, the thought of terminating something that if allowed to run its natural course, would result in the birth of a human being that will bring joy to most families. The Pro-abortionist focused only on a women’s right to choose and all the social problems inherent in an unwanted child, forgetting that the unborn child is a precious thing that has the right to life and deserves the full protection under the moral and ethics law.
These people are called the pro-life activists. Supporters of both pro-life and pro-choice refer to religion as support for their side of the argument. Pro-life supporters claim that abortion is murder, and is therefore against God's will. However, pro-choice defenders argue that abortion is not murder since the fetus is not yet a fully formed human. Therefore, abortion would not be a defiance against God.
Though some may disagree on this point, the fact is that legalized abortion is the only option that will protect the lives of American citizens. One only needs to look into American history to see the results of prohibiting abortions to women. The process of abortions has definitely come a long way. Even after abortion was legalized, women were still very afraid to go to the abortion facilities because they were afraid of being attached just for entering the building. It is better now that they have a place to go where abortions can be performed cleanly and with minimal risk.
The child is most likely be mistreated, abused, and neglected at no fault of their own. That said, abortions should have some limitations. I think abortions should be limited to the first trimester. There also should be limitations on the amount of abortions a woman can have during her lifetime. Abortions should not be used as a form of birth control.

I feel that by not making abortion legal you are controlling someone’s rights to their own body. Many women that want to have an abortion have emotional and personal reasons behind it. Some women choose to have their babies even though they didn’t want to but I believe that those kids have a high chance of growing up feeling unloved by their mother. I believe that every single person that is born into this world should have the rights to their own body.

In some cases, parental involvement may lead to added pressure from parents to get abortions. (Rockler-Gladen, 2007)The fact that there is a Parental Notification law is outrageous and entirely unconstitutional. Along with the Parental Notification law, the Partial Abortion ban is unconstitutional in multiple ways as well. The ban has been found to be an unconstitutional violation of established case law pertaining to specific abortion procedures due to its vague language and lack of a health exception to protect the woman’s well-being. If a women needs an abortion in the late trimesters of her birth, this ban would prevent her from being able to do so.
The baby has no voice to be heard, but just because of that it doesn’t mean we should let women play God. Someone must have a voice for that baby. There are videos out showing abortions and how you can see the babies going through the pain. They say the baby feels no pain but by the times of the abortion most of the time the nervous system is already completely
This brings up the fact that people only get abortions where it is only beneficial to themselves or that friends or family don’t want to have the child depending on if the woman is not ready for parenthood or whether she was accidently impregnated.
