Final Essay 4/24/12 Selena’s Success If I could go back in time to meet a celebrity it would be Selena. She was a very beautiful and successful Mexican singer. Her father started a band with her and her brothers, which was named Selena y Los Dinos. They also had a small family restaurant, where the band would perform their music. Though their restaurant failed and they went bankrupt, their father had them sing at quinceañero parties and on street corners, which made them popular quick.
