What specific ircumstance let to this encounter? From the begining of this semester I started to get Chinese course in Shida University. Everyone there is really nice. Classmates try to get together and help each other out and study. Our teacher is very warms hearted and she always makes a nice environment in and out of the classroom. Last Tuesday we went to one of the local foodcourt to have a lunch together. Exactly what did the firm/employee say or do? We had a nice meal and service. I saw a picture in front of the door before I enter, there was a man who holing a meal and nicely smiling. Actually we saw him inside and realized he is the loaban. Extremely Dissatisfied. Satisfied What made you that way? The aircondition was very strong and we ask to make it lower and they did it, but somehow i was still feel little bit cold. We ordered one big meal together and single meals for each one. Big meal was pretty good also the taste was quite similiar with Mongolian meal. I ordered beef with rice. Taste was good but it smeals like a milk. Wonder why is that. What could the employee/firm have done to make you happier with the encounter? The laoban was serving us. He is nice guy, he speaks chinese, english end korea. His major is cook so no wonder he was introducing the food so good. There was a lot of pictures inside and he told us the history of those pictures. It was pretty interesting. How likely is it that you will go back to this service firm? 1. 2. 3. 4.
