Grace has a lot of way to walk in order to become in a great leader. First of all, I believe she should work in her self-confidence. At some point, I felt she was about to give up trying to lead her own friends because she felt they didn't respect her as a boss. That’s also an immature reaction. Talking about some skills, she need to learns how to differentiate between knowing her coworkers' feelings and control them so the work environment is not affected with the external situation.
Olivia Castellano in “Canto, Locura Y Poesia,” explains how growing up as a female and being a Mexican has been a challenge. She overcomes this by getting an education and educating herself in her own culture and finding that help that she needed to overcome all the scars
“Se Habla Espanol” The essay, “Se Habla Espanol,” was written by Tanya Barrientos. Tanya writes about the hardships she goes through trying to speak the language that she pushed away from because of racial stereotypes. Being stereotyped Tanya did not want anything to do with being a Latina, or speaking the Spanish language. Once she realized how society had changed, Tanya tried to regain the culture she had lost during her childhood. Tanya wants to inspire those of her culture that can relate to what she is going through, while also asking for acceptance within the Latino community.
Child of The Dark Paper Carolina has made some bad decisions in her life, but so has everyone else. To me she represents the everyday woman struggling to keep her family alive and well. All she wants is the best for her children and herself. Carolina is a strong woman and she is very independent. As Audalio Dantas, I will publish the Diary of Carolina Maria de Jesus because I want to show the people how Carolina’s pride in her own independence is the vital importance that determines both her identity and the way she reacts with other favelados.
Thank God- that I have been able to succeed in most of my goals. Despite the things that I went through in life, I thank Adversity for being in my life because it has made me prepare for future challenges. Also, it has helped me to recognize the importance in gaining my education to better my life and that of my daughter. I believe that though I am now a single mother, having my education will open doors for me and make me a good role model for my

Heroism is about pushing yourself to make a new you, and that is what Anastasia did as she transformed to a new American lady, well off in the US today, because of those struggling years of character and
Half the Woman By: Tori Clark She was a mother, a sister, an aunt, a hard worker, and my great-grandmother, but most of all, she was and still is the biggest influence in how I live my life. She has shaped my life in many ways; she taught me to be nice to everyone, appreciate what you have and never be selfish because you won’t always be here in this world. She also taught me to work hard in school and in the outside world, and to no matter what to never give up. She didn’t necessarily teach me how to do these things or sit down and have a talk with me about never giving up it’s just something I picked up from the long life she lived. Melvie Magdalene "Maggie" Johnson worked hard her whole life.
I was always a fan of wanting to control life, not letting life control me. But then I learned to stop trying to plan things too far ahead because even within a short span of seconds, everything can alter. To begin, my greatest accomplishment in 2022 would hopefully be pursuing my dream career as a physician assistant. I will have achieved this part of the journey to my destination through my hard work and countless hours of dedication to meeting all the rigorous requirements necessary to the PA program.
