For augment. There are points for the question which means there should be more wind turbines in the UK as they are a good energy source. This is shown in my research as one of the article states that “wind turbines can remain productive for up to 25 years” in the article wind turbines remain efficient for at least 25 years (REF 6). This displays a benefit towards the energy source and why they are a good accept of the environment. Wind turbines are a renewable energy source which means they will not run out and is why they “remain productive for up to 25 years” which is an advantage. This shows that the UK should have more wind turbines as they remain efficient for a long time and at the same time they do a lot less damage to the environment. Also the UK should have more as they don’t create pollution except a little when they are being manufactured. From my research another article from a different website which is shown in my references also states that wind turbines last for 25 years (REF 7). This is evident when it says “wind turbines can remain productive for up to 25 years, making wind farms a long term choice for energy investors”. This also displays that wind turbines are a good energy sources and the UK should have more of them as they “remain productive for up to 25 years” and they are “a long term choice for energy investors” which means they are sustainability as they are long term and have remained productive and will carry on. The fact I have found many articles highlighting that wind turbines can be used for long-term means it must be a reliable benefit to the UK.
