School uniforms define a positive remedy in public and private schools. It’s not about whether the student will have to wear knee-length skirts, or tie. Uniforms help modify students as a whole instead of individuals. Uniforms act as social equalizers for students in the schools. Uniforms show unique fashion, help financially, and improve social skills.
Students who are less fortunate wouldn’t be alienated. We teenagers are the most aware of our appearance and people are likely to be judged for what they wear. School uniforms are to make all students equal. Kids are judged by how “hip” and expensive their clothes are. It shouldn’t matter is some kids are rich or poor, uniforms will level the fashion playing field.
Not many students are going to agree with a high school’s dress code policy, unless of course the dress code is no dress code. The issue of students wearing clothing that are outside of the dress code regulations is clearly an everyday kind of thing. By this point most would think that the administrative offices would have tried to do something to ease up the regulations, or at least find a better way to go about the situation when a student is dress coded. As cliché as it is, shouldn’t teachers and administrators be more concerned about our education than the clothing we wear? Yes, I do understand that the policy was written with good intentions; to keep students dressed in a manner that will represent the school well and also keep students focused on their learning not on how short the girl’s shorts are in the seat in front of them, but certain rules have gone to an unnecessary extent.
In schools that require uniforms the student body all look like the same person, very bland and boring people. This is not what American society is; we are casual dressing, diverse people. Dressing casually and showing diversity in our fashion is the best way to recognize students as individual people, showing our American culture – not as part of "those people." Though some may argue that some students dress sloppily or immodestly, most districts have dress codes that students do have to follow, which helps this. Although, most students do take pride in themselves and strive to look nice in a variety of clothing, dressing even quite formally sometimes, because they want to look good, and it makes them feel good about themselves.
If uniforms laws was enforced at public schools, there would be less students breaking the school dress code policy. Students who are not required to wear uniforms to school are at a higher chance to violating the school dress code than students that are required to wear uniforms. Students could avoid wearing clothes that is not gang related or showing too much skin by wearing uniforms. Uniforms would be a good fit because it allows students to wear business type of clothing. Uniforms would help students focus more on their academics than on their social lives.
Cadets must show they are responsible or they might not get the job that they want or get to go to the college that was there dream school. By showing fellow Americans that you can be responsible, you get the stuff that you want because people will think highly of you. Therefore, living by the creed, you have the benefit of gaining more responsibility. Cadets can show they are a better citizen by living by this creed. By not lying, stealing, or cheating, cadets have the ability to become a model citizen.

School is not holding a fashion show! Students are the leaders of tomorrow and the outrageous outfits worn by students need not to distract them. He believes uniforms help parents as well as the students. The private schools are no longer the only schools requiring the students to wear uniforms. I agree with Kelly’s proclamation that uniforms increase studying and take pressure off of parents. I also believe that uniforms help students to see themselves differently from the inside instead of just the outside. Generally schools require students to wear uniforms for the desire to increase the students’ academic levels.
In addition, some school heads believe that school uniforms vanishes social, economic and class divisions and inculcate a sense of pride in students(McCarthy, Lisa).
