It can be filled with meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, chilies and any preparation according to taste, and both the filling and cooking liquid may be seasoned. A burrito is a Mexican-American food. It consists of wheat flour tortilla wrapped or folded into a cylindrical shape to completely enclose the filling. It is a plate of rice, shredded beef in stew and stewed black beans. A tortilla is a type of thin flatbread made from finely ground wheat flour.
