The nutrients that I eat more of are Carbohydrates, Fats and Fibre. 3b. The nutrients that I eat less of are Proteins, Vitamins, Minerals and Water. 4. The processed foods from the previous table are crisps, chocolate, beans, burger, cornflakes and cola. 5a. The cornflakes, crisps, chocolate, beans, burger and milk have added salt in them. 5b. The crisps, cornflakes, chocolate, beans, burger, cola and fresh orange have added sugar in them. 6. The burger and the milk are high in saturated fat. 7. 8. Processed foods are very popular because of the good taste they have and because they give you a high just after you eat them because of the E-numbers and the colour is quite attractive. 9. Eating processed foods is bad for you because they usually contain additives, preservatives and E-numbers which can make you hyper. Most of the things that processed foods contain have no nutritional value and are quite unhealthy. 10a. You can reduce your salt intake by not adding as much salt to your food as you usually would or by checking the nutritional values on food packets to see if they are high in salts. 10b.
