Sands Corporation is an organization specializing in the production of computer equipment used in automobiles. With the increase of sales the organization is facing technological changes with rapid decisions made to strengthen responsibilities throughout the organization. What seems to be the main source of conflict at Sands Corporation are communication barriers and misunderstandings. With the development of human resources has caused disordered performances in which supervisors are afraid to be honest and straightforward on employee’s performance reviews. Additionally, supervisors are blaming the human resources department for excellent employees leaving because the department refuses to approve pay increases. Moreover, the HR department has developed a survey that is broken down by each department to gather necessary information as a technique to score supervisors attitude behaviors (Gomez-Mejia, Balkin, & Candy, 2010). Specifically, the human resources department must monitor the environment constantly to adapt effectively to any changes. By providing listening strategies supervisors can provide information to report accurate and truthful documentation required to improve human resources direction (Tatar, 2010).
