I do believe that the agencies provide adequate assistance with managing occupational stressors; they are just not explored and used enough by the individuals that need them. I say that because it seems that if you are wealthy strings can be pulled for you and u can afford the best lawyers, and u could be guilty but you will get off because you or your family are well off. Employees can become a source of risk because acts such as injuries in the workplace can cost the company money in medical expenses and potential lawsuits. Laissez-Faire-This style is used when the leader is lazy or distracted, it’s more of a you do what you want style. This style can be used when the team is highly capable and motivated, it’s when the team doesn’t need close monitoring or supervision. This style can cause failure when the leader expects the group to make the decision between themselves when they are un sure about what they need to achieve and how they need to accomplish the task.
The inability to look past the right choice to the most beneficial one, the obligation to right versus wrong, and the idea of equality in the workplace may result in problems in the workplace for a person who holds these values within the obligation category. With this said, it is certainly valuable to know the individual ethical style and perspective held when entering a business atmosphere.
