Identify at risk-population of low-income pregnant women, provide program model and resources to improve the current statics with the assistant of NC Health Department and NC Department of Social Services, and utilization of health care services. Community Outreach for Women and Infants is a supplemental organization supporting already existing state programs. The purpose of the program is to provide trained professional meet the demand of the community to decrease risk associated with infant mortality.
