After each activity for example snack time, art time, play dough the desks were cleaned with disinfecting wipes and all children washed hands. During outdoor activity teachers made sure the play area was safe and counted all students before heading outside.

After the bath had finished filling I would then proceed to collect the service user from the lounge/ bedroom and assist them with their bathing needs. While assisting with their bathing needs I would apply PPE (gloves, apron) and allow them time to have a nice soak in the bath. When they are ready to get out the bath I would place appropriate non slip mat on the floor and assist the service user to exit the bath. I would help the service user to dry and dress if they require this and then would proceed to return the service user to their lounge/ bedroom before returning to the bathroom and begin the process of cleaning the bathroom ready for the next service user to use. In order to clean this I would collect cleaning equipment from the cleaner’s cupboard and spray the bath with appropriate cleaning agents and using a clean cloth and after cleaning the bath I would rinse this thoroughly with hot water to remove any residue from the bath.
When students see others doing this it quickly reminds those who may have forgot that they too need to place their homework in the basket. Mr. Collet is then able to quickly see who has turned in homework and who has not. He also has provided the opportunity to each parent to purchase a daily planner; the planner allows the student to write down daily homework assignments for each class period and parents may follow up by looking at the planner nightly to ensure that the work is getting completed. Mr. Collet also allows for the students to participate in deciding what homework assignments are going to be assigned. Students get to give the opinion on what is best for them to learn from by helping Mr. Collet collectively agree upon what material they will have homework on.

Lakesha Gummeson PSY 235 Topic 1 Paper: Water birth and the pros and cons March 15, 2010 A water birth is when a mother-to-be gives birth in a tub full of warm water. Some moms go through the labor in the water, but get out when it is time for the delivery. Others choose to stay in the water throughout the whole process. The whole idea of water birth is that, since the baby has spent months inside the amniotic sac, it will be gentler for the baby to be birthed into an environment like the baby is familiar with. Also because it is gentler on the baby then the birth will not be as stressful for the mom.
Moms should be informed of what is to happen after delivery of their child. Parents should attend a class where they can receive the literature should explain the stages of how milk is let down, and the amount of time it is going to take during each feeding to keep infant content. Dads can be very supportive, just by keeping them comfortable and calm. Just because you cannot physically see what the infant is taking makes it the biggest question “is my baby getting enough?” Diaper counting becomes a big part of the day. If you have wet and dirty diapers then, yes, your baby is getting
