Mobile commerce is usually called as 'm-Commerce' in which user can do any sort of transaction including buying and selling of the goods, asking any services, transferring the ownership or rights, transacting and transferring the money by accessing wireless internet service on the mobile handset itself. The researcher chose Mobiphone is held applicable and clearly analyze the problems have been proposed for the report After 3 years of participation in the telecommunications services market with brand Beelinevn Vietnam, in September 2012, JSC Global Mobile Telecommunications (Gtel Mobile JSC) announced Gmobile new brand slogan ' New Thinking - Refresh " .This research focus on collecting and evaluating the data and information related to the factors affecting the 18-30 year old customers living in Ho Chi Minh City toward using Mobile commerce services. As a result, it helps G Mobile or the others understand more about the customer behaviors to come up with effective strategies to beat other competitors in this potential market.
