I will also rebuild our economic infrastructure that we have neglected while we spent plenty of time rebuilding other countries. During World War II we were established as an icon of a superpower with developing industry. We once had massed productions and multiple corporations. In the past, presidents have allowed for companies to send their corporations to overseas entity leading our country into a realm where there are no jobs. As a presidential candidate of the United States, I will bring back those companies and re-institute a stronger infrastructure that will make more costly to do business in the United States of America.
Voodoo Anyone? Christopher Warden breaks down economics into a fool proof explanation, and uses terms references which a dummy could understand. As I read this informative book I gathered an understanding for the way in which our economy works, as well as the unseen ways in which our government handles the issues that affect our everyday life. In the first chapter, the author discusses what prices are the difference between the price of things, and the cost of things. He breaks down what the stores charge us in order to sell the product at a price we will pay, so the store can still make a profit on the item.

New World Order Memo To: David Thomason From: Sierra Carter cc: President of New World Date: April 22, 2014 Re: Public Economic Perspective for New World Public economic perspective aims to answer the questions of government policy through the lens of economic efficiency and equity. The public economic perspective provides the structure for whether or not the government should partake in a specific economic market. The three individuals who will remain in the bunker will include: • The scientist • The married couple • The doctor Each of the survivors agree with the Consumer Sovereignty theory. They each agree that the survivors staying in the bunkers will each have power over all of the goods and determination of what resources will be available. • Creating Economic Reform- sought to reform the laissez-faire capitalist system that favored big business. Beard supports his thesis by giving evidence of the economic interests of elite who wrote the Constitution, and then showing how the structure of the government benefits these specific interests. d. Many of Dr. Roy Spencer’s views I can see as very rational. His references of actual government actions better proves how the United States government tends to want to use money as a “magic pill” that will fix the cancerous economic state the country has been in for years. While I am sure that there are politician who are still concerned with the well being of the average American, Dr Spencer’s comments about the job security in politics ,without accountability for wrong doing, should open the eyes of every American that has allowed for this corruption to
Due to this problem, Scarman Report suggested to reform ‘recruitment and training’ because of racism in young police officers. Bowling and phillips (2002: 128-9) mentioned that in the 1970s and 1980s police officers widely practiced using ‘oppressive policing techniques’ in the ethnic minority’s communities, such as ‘ mass stop and search operation, the use of riot squads using semi-military equipment, excessive surveillance, unnecessary armed raid, and police use of racially abusive language.’ For example, Willis (1983) mentioned that black males, adult and young, double to be stopped rather than white. Not only for black people, but also West Indians tripled and Asian five times higher on foot. Smith (1983) also mentioned that, many West Indians have experienced to be stopped ‘for almost any reason and very often for no reason
Wal-Mart does not care about the American economy because they are thriving the way the economy is now, so American citizens have to stand up for their communities. According to the book, How Walmart is destroying America and what you can do about it, when you are a huge rich company and all you want to do is get huger and richer, it turns out a lot of smaller, poorer people have to get hurt in the process. Wal-Mart with all its size and power, could hurt people or help them in a lot of situations. Which do you think it normally chooses to do (Bill Quinn 102)? The answer for so many years has obviously been hurt people.
His stance is that Americans should take notice of “the realities of outsourced manufacturing, financialization of the economy, and growing income disparity.” He does not propose any action against the rich, but instead provides information that demonstrates his negative thoughts towards the 1% richest Americans. Mike Lofgren’s ideology and stance about the wealthiest citizens is something I have in common with him. This article has provided me more inspiration to change the state of America’s economy in a positive manner, at least positive for the 99%. His statistics have provided me with insight about how truly unethical the United States’ government is, and while reading this article inspires the reader to take action against such dishonest
