A sample of 212 employees from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) joined in the study. Frequencies, regression, ANOVA, and ratios were applied to analyze the relationships among the investigated variables. The major results revealed that self evaluation for Faith level is not related significantly to any dependent variable, while self-evaluation as real Muslim related significantly with career development and role overload qualitative only. The majority of the respondents report a low level of Faith. Muslim female feel work stress more than male, except in the work stress related to responsibility for others. Introduction Today’s working conditions characterized by various work shift, too much workload, higher job expectations, job security skepticism and continual organizations downsizing efforts are causing increased stressful working conditions. When workers fail to cope with these stressful conditions, occupational stress will become risky for the workers health.
