Religion “Religion, or at least religious inquiry, is something that virtually all humans have in common. In all corners of the world and in all eras of history, people have wondered about the meaning of life, how to make the best of it, what happens afterwards, and if there is anyone or anything out there” As far back as i know religion and history both ran alongside together because one seems like it would possibly go with the other, but when we give our own perspective on it, it gives a different light to it because its ones opinion being read, judged, or even agreed with by others What religious background I come from When I was born into existence around the early 1980s I was born into a Christian family, which was most popular in the neighborhood that I was raised in so I really wasn’t familiar with any other religions. Until I started school then I was exposed to all different types of nationalities and culture based religion groups. I noticed how some of the students weren’t allowed to wear certain clothes, some were not allowed to eat certain foods, and there were some students that weren’t allowed to take certain classes because of their parents beliefs and religions. I couldn’t quite understand why this was happening to these students and at times other students were very unpleasant to them too. They didn’t understand just like me, but instead of trying to figure out why those certain students didn’t participate in some of the things that we did, they were made fun of. I often ask my parents why is this happening to those students? They would always reply with an answer to give me understand but not give to much clarity to what I was asking. Thinking back now, I feel that since they didn’t have the same beliefs as the other religions that and probably didn’t agree with them, that they didn’t
