After my exercise my temperature was 37.4°C, my pulse rate was 134 beat per minute (bmp), my respiration rate was 35 respiration breath per minute (Rpm) and my blood pressure was 135 over 74 millimetre of mercury (mmHG). There was an increase in my physiological measurements from pre-exercise to post-exercise. My pulse rate increased after exercise because the heart had to beat faster for it to circulate her blood which carried oxygen to the cells. My cells needed enough oxygen supply due to the exercise I did therefore my heart provided the cells with more oxygen which made the pulse rate beat faster. Another reason why my pulse rate increased was because my body was getting rid of waste gases which are CO2 and H2O that are products of respiration.
Which lead to many different effects as fallowed, Firstly is heart rate. Fitness promoter and actor from San Diego County say that by doing anaerobic exercise it will raise your heart rate 25 to 30 beat higher than aerobic exercise (Steinberg). One Reasons why your heart rate has such large increase. Is that anaerobic exercise is high level of intensity and in a short time a few example of the anaerobic exercise as followed sprinting, weight lifting and high intensity interval training all of the examples above it performed in a short period of time and the intensity level are very high often after few minute you are tired out of it. This type of exercise burns glycogen and that trains the muscles in your body.
It helps anyone who wants to build muscle endurance, increase lean body mass, boost strength, and increase anaerobic performance. Creatine helps your cells retain water, which is good for performance. This can, however, give you a higher body weight; this is why fighters and other weight-class athletes may need to cycle off creatine from time to time. The exercise that works best for me is the cardio kick-boxing class. I have a somewhat stressful job, depending on the day of the week and I will spend more than an hour or more in traffic every day; going to work and coming home. When I am in the cardio kick-boxing class, it helps me focus on something else besides the stress of the day. What I enjoy the most about exercising with the different classes, is that it makes me feel free. The exercise that I do can be performed year round mainly because they are indoor activities.
The most important one to me is physical because it will help me improve how much i exercise and it will help me in cheerleading to be more fit. I am a lot more excited than I was due to my research, in ways like I know it isn’t too far down the road also including the ladder that this field obtains. I am very great full for this project I have a better view on the whole aspect of my career. So therefore I am very thankful for this project. I intend on finishing school in two years and a couple of months at Central New Mexico.
