The strengths of the evaluation process help determine the actual way employees perform their duties, against the way they are expected to perform their duties. This way, they understand the importance, and familiarity of what is expected in their job duties. Therefore, the employee will work harder to achieve his/her expectations. I observe their techniques and get cycle times and offer advice to make them better.Therefore, I feel that is essential for me to have good intrapersonal communication skills.
