Crossfit is a brand new and up and coming competition. So this product really targets men who want to do this competition as well. The value proposition and/or image in the consumers mind are that this product will help them get in shape. They can get in shape and become an athlete like 2011-2012 Crossfit Champion. What it Takes As the saying goes, “If you can dream it you can achieve it.” In spite of the limitations that are thrust upon people, they can achieve anything they put their heart, mind, and soles into. Many great contributors of the world dared to dream and they chased those dreams until they become reality. It takes an extraordinary person with character and certain personality traits to accomplish the nearly impossible. Greg Mortenson is one of those people. There are several reasons that can be accredited to why Mortenson was inspired and able to build schools in Pakistan: his parents set an example for him when he was growing up; his character told him that it was the right thing to do, and one of his personality traits made the project a success.
we are all more or less normal human beings. we go through life experiencing our day-to-day normalilities focusing on our peer groups and family issues and we think that that is jsut the way life is. however we can notice that others lives turn out differently than oours deoending on the way they grow up, and how their family and peers influence then. in the movie finding Forrester, we are introduced to a younge male teenager, Jamal Wallace and we observe how he grows up, learning how he deals with the challenges that are unexpected in his life and that force him to mature into a young respectable man. the movie starts out where we see a teenager who attends a local public school in the Bronx.

Make people dig deep and find what they are really capable of. Personal legend for me is finishing college and to be successful in life. Mainly because of the rewards that you get once you finish and how that can open up other opportunities.

Not only did these boys survive but they came up in the world and now serve as an example to young people everywhere. Role models played a very important factor in the lives of these individuals. Ms. Johnson, a third grade teacher, pushed George to strive for more in his life. Ms. Johnson’s biggest contribution, was her ability and desire to expose children to college and higher learning, making what seemed impossible to most of them a not-so-distant goal. The exposure from a young age can have great impact on children’s lives and it certainly worked for the three men today.

Many qualities can make a great mentor; among these include the willingness to share knowledge, expertise and skills. As well as consistently displaying a positive attitude and presents themselves as a positive role model. The individual should have enthusiasm in their field and in the mentorship process.
