(about 500 words for each section). 1. Relevance to society and students * What is the key problem for the seminar? Has it been clearly identified as significant? What questions are posed for the quest? The aim of our group present is to arouse the awareness of students towards water pollutions and hope that they can reflect the way they perceive water and try to think of possible action in individual basis to tackle water pollutions. Hence, the key problem of the seminar is why there are water pollutions and what action can be taken from different stakeholders to tackle water pollutions. Therefore, when we planned our main focus we tried to think of the scope and content that can related everyone. We have started with the life history of tap water everyone use daily to engage our classmates, then expand to a more macro perspective - the water source from Dong Jiang. This is to let students build up their basic understanding and later expand their knowledge through further discussions (Klem & Connell, 2009) First, we checked the understanding of students, asking the water usage cycle in Hong Kong, to see whether students have ideas of where the tap waters comes from and how water is treated before entering household.
