Recommendations justifying actions to overcome the weaknesses: Managers should form strategy plans to remove weaknesses and improve the total quality management and operation to enhance the quality of products and services. (Pinson, 2008) In order to improve the competitiveness of a company the management should be very realistic while dealing with its weaknesses. Once the managers identify the weaknesses, they have to elaborate a strategy plan to remove them and implement it rapidly. The amelioration of the total quality management (TQM) and operation means that the management, along with the participation of the entire company aim for a long-term success, perfect quality of products and services can be achieved by continuous feedback, reducing waste and constantly improving the output elements. There are several changes a business has to make in order to improve the TQM, the following are some of them: • The employees and the management should have good communication between each other. • Better trained employees. • The management should be committed to the TQM process. TQM always involve capital cost, however, the made investment does not go to waste if the changes are successfully implemented. The following are my recommendations for Premier Group Recruitment to overcome their weaknesses: • Services to limited sectors If Premier Group wants to become a bigger company, they should expand their services in more sectors, of course a business doesn’t become bigger overnight and expansion requires time and money but investing on expansion is essential in order to become larger firm. • More importance given to the clients rather than the applicants In order to make the applicants feel important, Premier Group should really improve their website and make a section only dedicated for the future applicants, where they make them feel important and make them
