Read If you are upgrading from ProAnimator 4 (even as a tryout) you must delete the version 4 software by hand. The new ProAnimator 6 installer won't delete the old standalone or plug-in during the installation process. To delete the plug-in, go into the After Effects plug-ins folder and drag the old ProAnimator folder to the Trash. To delete the standalone, find it (it's usually in the Application folder but you could have put it anywhere), and drag the old ProAnimator folder to the Trash. NOTE: Be sure to delete the entire folder containing the software and the support files. After deleting the old software, run the installer to install ProAnimator version 6. After installing version 6 run After Effects. If you see a message saying "You have multiple copies of ProAnimator on your hard drive" it means you haven't yet deleted the old software. Quit After Effects immediately and delete the old software. After installing, read the section below called Installing New Animation Presets. ------ Upgrading from ProAnimator 5 - Macintosh ------ If you are upgrading from ProAnimator 5, simply run the installer by double-clicking on the icon. Follow the instructions presented by the installer.
